Call to action: To encourage more and more people to take actions like.
It is recommended that you first set your call to action on your Facebook page before you start to promote.
When you open your Facebook page as an admin, you find an option on the cover page as “ADD A BUTTON”. Once you click this option, a pop up comes out and you see a bunch of call to action options available under a dropdown.
Book Now, Call Now, Contact Us, Send Message, Use App, Play Game, Shop Now, Sign Up, Watch Video, Send Email, etc.
Once you set call to action, you can proceed to Promote your call to action under promoting dropdown at the right sidebar.
There is two options desktop news feed and for mobile news feed, just to give you an idea how it will look on respective platforms, desktop and mobile.
On the left-hand side, there are several particulars which need to be filled.
Give a catchy and suitable heading that can grab the attention of the user. e.g., learn to code interactively, for free.
You can tell more about your Facebook Page or Website and tell people what exactly you are promoting.
3. Add an image
Select an image which must show or related to the idea of your campaign. It can include the logo or simply the name of your campaign. Keep it neat and clean without too much information.
Here you can select the type and nature of the audience.
You can select the gender either male or female else you have an option for both also.
How you select the gender?
If your campaign thinks or stuff related to females or you are branding female related things, then you can select particularly female.
You can also specify the age group of audience. Minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 65+.
How to select the age group?
First, you have found out that the thing which you are branding is mainly used by which age group? e.g., books and novels are mostly read by 45+ ages of people. Sports related things or stuff are more popular between 18- 35 years of age group. But if you talk about beauty or fashion related stuff they are common in all age groups. So it is very important to select the audience group carefully.
Here you have to specify the audience location. The region where you are planning to do marketing. Choose this very smartly for e.g., if you are branding related to fashion and you are capable of handling international business, then you can test yourself in Paris, the city of fashion.
You have to select the nature of your business whether it is related to multimedia events, entrepreneur, graphic design etc. This will reach to the people of same interests. Here you have to specify the keywords which will be linking you and the audience as well.

Here you will have to specify your pocket limit. It’s totally depending on you that how much you want to spend. The minimum amount is 40 INR & Maximum is 20000000 INR. If you change the currency the amount also changes so it’s better to check your country’s currency. Besides the amount you will get to know the number of clicks per day, you will get.
You can specify the duration as per your convenience i.e., how long you want to run.
Choose your currency and proceed with promoting to finalise the things.
